Armed forces globally are using the latest technologies for live, virtual and constructive training throughout their training cycle and in doing so their plans for the future will inevitably effect technology development. Senior military officials from over 10 nations are gathering in June at the annual Joint Simulation and Training event in London.
Highlights of Joint Simulation and Training will include:
New for this year, Joint Simulation and Training will launch a new technology and innovation focus session, bringing together industry and military to showcase their latest training and simulation equipment. The session will provide an opportunity for exhibitors to showcase their latest innovations and most prominent products. Delegates will be guided through the latest technologies, training and simulation tools.
One of the key themes Joint Simulation and Training will explore how best to achieve value for money procurement through interoperability of systems. Discussion on the use of simulators and serious gaming for pre-deployment and mission rehearsals will also be addressed, as well as how to effectively utilise a combination of distributed systems, serious gaming and e-learning technologies.
