Donavia, a wholly owned subsidiary of Aeroflot, has selected Flight Simulation Company (FSC) from Holland as their exclusive training partner for the training of Donavia’s Airbus A320 flight crew.
FSC will provide customized training programs for initial, conversion and recurrent training as well as full flight simulator capacity on Boeing 737 and Airbus A320 full flight simulators.
Donavia is in the process of replacing its fleet of Boeing 737-400 and B737-500 aircraft with Airbus A320’s. The first twelve crew members have already successfully passed their Airbus A320 type conversion training at FSC in Amsterdam while other crews are just starting their training courses. “We are proud that Donavia has chosen FSC as their training partner. Donavia is a one hundred percent subsidiary of Aeroflot Russian Airlines and performs regular, charter, passenger and cargo flights to destinations in Russia, Europe, Asia and Africa from airports of Rostov-on-Don, Moscow and Sochi. Today, Donavia is the biggest carrier in the Russian South.
FSC is an independent flight training organization operating sixteen A320, B737-300/800 and B767 full flight simulators for commercial airlines. FSC holds approvals for training from EASA (JAR), FAR P142 as well as from the Russian Civil Aviation Authorities.
