ManTech Awarded $8.9 Million Engineering Services Task Order from the Naval Sea Systems Command

FAIRFAX, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 15, 2005--ManTech International Corporation (Nasdaq:MANT), a leading provider of innovative technologies and solutions focused on mission-critical national security programs for the Intelligence Community and the Departments of Defense, State, Homeland Security, Justice and other U.S. federal government customers, announced today that it has been awarded an $8.9M task order from the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) to provide engineering and technical support services in support of the Surface Ship Radiated Noise Measurement Program for NAVSEA. The five-year, competitively awarded task order was issued under the SeaPort Enhanced Multiple Award Contract, an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract ManTech was awarded in April of last year. ManTech will provide engineering technical and programmatic support for surface ship radiated noise trials. This includes collection, reduction and analysis of data, software development, documentation, and engineering maintenance. Work will be performed at sea onboard U.S. Navy vessels and at selected Navy shore-based facilities.
