Aeroturbine Signs 3-year A320 Material Support Agreement With Czech Airlines Technics
AeroTurbine Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of International Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC), announced today that it has entered into an exclusive three-year Supply Chain Agreement supporting the pool access for CFM56-5B engine LRUs for the fleet of Czech Airlines, Holidays Czech Airlines and other third-party customers of Czech Airlines Technics.
AeroTurbine CEO Mike King commented, “We are very pleased to add Czech Airlines Technics as a Supply Chain Solutions customer. This agreement further defines our commitment to programmatic business.”
Czech Airlines Technics Chairman of the Board of Directors Ondřej Konývka added, “AeroTurbine provided the creativity and value Czech Airlines Technics looked for in a Supply Chain partner. We look forward to continuing to build on our relationship with them.”
ILFC’s acquisition of AeroTurbine in late 2011 has allowed for expanded customer product offerings including long-term material support agreements, predictable material streams and an enhanced global presence. The execution of this agreement demonstrates AeroTurbine’s commitment to providing these products to its global customer base, and to continue to build upon the value proposition inherent in its multiple products and services.
