ManTech Awarded Contract to Provide Integrated Systems Engineering Support Services to DARPA TTO Office

The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SSC) Atlantic has awarded ManTech International Corporation (NASDAQ:MANT) as one of the four contractors in a multiple award environment to provide scientific engineering and administrative support services to the Defense Advanced Research Project Agency (DARPA) Tactical Technology Office (TTO). The three year, multiple-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract has a total ceiling value across all contract holders of $150 million, if all options are exercised.

Under the TTO contract, ManTech will continue to provide integrated systems engineering, technical analysis, and program management solutions to equip future warfighters with the tactical, mobile and responsive technologies for advanced weapons systems, platforms and space systems.

"ManTech is a trusted and longstanding supporter of DARPA, said Terry Ryan, president and chief operating officer of ManTech's Systems Engineering and Advanced Technology Group. "We fully appreciate the importance of DARPA's mission to our national security and look forward to continuing our mission-critical support.
