Turkish Airlines Relies on Market Analysis Tool from Lufthansa Systems
Turkish Airlines has again opted for the NetLine/Market IT solution from Lufthansa Systems. The two companies recently renewed their current agreement, which was signed in 1999, for 3 years.
NetLine/Market enables airlines to analyze their own market position and that of their competitors. The system presents the aggregate booking data from different reservation systems to provide airlines with comprehensive information about the demand situation on individual routes. Airlines can use this information to identify particularly strong or weak markets and respond by adjusting their capacity or initiating sales activities. This shortens the airlines’ response time and optimizes their revenue management.
