Jacobs Receives Contract from DISA/DITCO at Scott Air Force Base

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. (NYSE:JEC) announced today that it received a contract from the Defense Information Systems Agency/Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DISA/DITCO) organization at Scott Air Force Base, Ill.

This contract has an estimated value of $49.5 million over a period of five years.


Under the terms of the contract, Jacobs is supporting, upgrading and sustaining the global mobility and special mission mission planning (GMSMMP) capabilities to include sustainment of prior mission planning software releases to the U.S. Air Force and other Government agencies. These tools allow Air Mobility Command force and unit level mission planners to plan and execute in excess of an estimated 500 airlift and aerial refueling missions around the globe daily.

In making the announcement, Jacobs President and CEO Craig Martin stated, "We are very pleased to continue our support to the DISA/DITCO organization and support their mission across the globe."
