Cathay Pacific Airways Signs OnPoint Solution Agreement on Its Additional GE90 EnginesDubai, UAE - Cathay Pacific Airways has signed a 15-year OnPointSM solution agreement with GE Aviation that covers the maintenance, repair and overhaul of the GE90-115B engine fleet for four Boeing 777-300ER aircraft and eight 777-200 Freighters ordered in August along with the 10 Boeing 777-300ER aircraft ordered in March. The OnPoint solution agreement means that GE Aviation will provide engine MRO services for Cathay Pacific's entire fleet of 58 GE90-powered Boeing

(Xiamen) Aircraft Engineering Company Limited (TAECO), Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and Xiamen Aviation Industry Company Limited. TEXL is the sole holder of a GE90 GE Branded Service Agreement in Asia, operating under a 22-year agreement with GE to perform authorized GE90 repair services.
