Dubai, UAE - Rockwell Collins, a leading provider of communication and aviation electronics for military and commercial customers in the Middle East, will demonstrate its most advanced aviation electronics, in-flight entertainment and network communication solutions at this year's Dubai Airshow.

"The Middle East is a key growth market for Rockwell Collins on both the commercial and government sides of our business," said Claude Alber, vice president and managing director, Europe, Middle East and Africa for Rockwell Collins. "At the Dubai Airshow, we'll demonstrate to our customers that our acts are related to our strategy which includes increasing our presence in the region, forming new relationships and providing the most advanced, innovative offerings that meet the unique needs of this market."

Today, most airline companies in the Middle East region have selected Rockwell Collins systems for their new aircraft. The company continues to solidify its leadership position in the region through ongoing innovation to current and new product offerings for airlines, business aircraft owners and military customers.

Highlighting Rockwell Collins' exhibit (East Hall, Stand E350) will be the company's latest configuration of its Pro Line Fusion(r) integrated avionics system, which spans the full spectrum of commercial aircraft, as well as the new KC-390 tanker. Rockwell Collins will showcase its newest configuration of Pro Line Fusion for turboprops and light jets featuring numerous industry-firsts such as touch-control primary flight displays, autonomous backup modes and head-up synthetic vision.

The Dubai Airshow will also mark the company's first Middle East exhibition of Rockwell Collins' new PAVES 3(tm) inflight entertainment system. PAVES 3 is the only single-aisle digital IFE system to offer customizable cabin configurations. Airlines can select from a variety of overhead and in-seat monitor combinations throughout the aircraft. The HD on-demand, in-seat solution maximizes passenger and operator satisfaction with a vast range of innovative features powered by a robust operating system.
