L-3 WESCAM Selected to Provide a Second Middle Eastern Customer with MXTM-10 Electro-Optical/Infrared Imaging Turrets

DUBAI AIR SHOW, UAE, November 14, 2011 --[ASDWire]-- L-3 WESCAM announced today that it has received an order from Abu Dhabi Autonomous Systems Investments Co. LLC (ADASI) for eight MXTM-10 electro-optical/infrared (EO/IR) imaging systems. The turrets will be used to conduct surveillance duties from the S-100 Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) platform. Deliveries will begin in December 2011 and will be completed by March 2012.

This is the second order of eight units L-3 WESCAM has received by a Middle Eastern company in 2011.
