ManTech Awarded DHS Contract

  • To Continue Providing Information Technology Services in Support of the SAFETY Act
Fairfax, Va. - The Department of Homeland Security has awarded ManTech International Corporation (NASDAQ:MANT) a contract valued at $5.9 million to provide a wide range of information technology services that support the congressionally mandated Support Anti-Terrorism by Fostering Effective Technology Act of 2002 (SAFETY Act); a program that provides legal liability protections for providers of anti-terrorism products and services. The award has a base period of performance of one year and three option years.

ManTech has supported DHS since the inception of the SAFETY Act and will continue to provide systems engineering, engineering, regulatory compliance, testing, as well as development and business process management support to DHS's Office of Science and Technology.
