Embraer Chooses Hispano-Suiza for the KC-390 Jet Program
- Safran Group company to supply the Emergency Electric Power Generator System

Hispano-Suiza joins another Safran Group company, Messier-Bugatti-Dowty, in the KC-390 program, by bringing its complete Ram Air Turbine electrical power system for handling essential loads for safe flight and landing in emergency situations. It consists of the Ram Air Turbine (RAT), the RAT electric generator and generator control unit, and the RAT actuation system (deployment and restow mechanism).
