Senator Manchin is a member of the Senate Armed Services Committee which has Congressional oversight responsibilities for Global Hawk and BAMS.

Aurora has been a member of Northrop Grumman's Global Hawk team since 1995. Aurora's Global Hawk workshare includes all of the aircraft's composite components except the wing and radome. Aurora recently delivered its first flight hardware to Northrop Grumman for the Navy BAMS program.
