SRA Awardee on $480 M Multi-Award Contract from Department of Veterans Affairs

The VRM program will provide the capabilities needed to deliver on-demand, self-service access to VA services and benefits in a consistent, user-focused manner. It also will deliver the necessary improvements to internal business processes and knowledge sharing that will enable VA to provide a high-quality, consistent experience for veterans and their beneficiaries.
