Odyssey Systems Awarded CSMC Task Order Valued at $5.7 M
Wakefield, Mass. - Odyssey Systems Consulting Group, Ltd., a leading small business provider of technical and management support services for government clients, announced today that it has been awarded a $5.7 Million Task Order to provide Missile Warning/Missile Defense (MW/MD) Mission Capabilities Services to the US Air Force Space Command (AFSPC) at Peterson AFB, CO. Under this Task Order, which is part of the Contract for Space and Missile Capabilities (CSMC), Odyssey will provide technical and analytical tools, support policy development, management, and administration, and improve operation of systems supporting MW/MD missions including the Space Based Infrared System (space and ground segments), worldwide Upgraded Early Warning Radars, US Nuclear Detection System, Weather Satellite, and Ballistic Missile Defense programs. The Odyssey Team will support planning, programming, acquisition, implementation cycles, and operational oversight of these systems, and will complement the Government's technical expertise in accomplishing the HQ AFSPC MW/MD mission.Steve Sovaiko, Odyssey's Director of Space Programs said, "This award recognizes Odyssey's extensive expertise in the MW/MD area, and entrusts us to support future enhancements and capability evolution in protecting the Homeland and our Allies from enemy missile threats.
