"ANA benefits from a single integrated program with one agreement and predictable monthly payments to provide global asset availability for the entire suite of Honeywell products on the B787," said Pak Chin, Honeywell Aerospace Vice President of Airlines, Asia Pacific. "ANA can focus on operating the aircraft leaving the management of spares, logistics and repairs to Honeywell. ANA avoids upfront investment costs of purchasing spares, minimizes administration expenses, and improves dispatch reliability."

ANA is expected to receive their first aircraft in December 2010 or January 2011. A total of 50 aircraft are expected to be delivered by 2016. The contract covers program services for 29 part numbers for a term of 10 years.

Honeywell integrated service support solutions feature 24/7 customer service and program support capabilities from Honeywell's global network of service and customer support centers.

Honeywell equipment available on Boeing aircraft includes the auxiliary power unit, cabin management system and services, communication, navigation and information management, displays, environmental control system, electric power, electronic fuel controls, flight controls, flight management systems, lighting, mechanical components, surveillance equipment, wheels and brakes.
