Herley Subsidiary Receives $4M Development and Production Contract

(Lancaster, Pa., July 8, 2010) -- Herley Industries, Inc. (Nasdaq: HRLY) today announced that its Micro Systems, Inc. subsidiary of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, has received a development and production contract valued at over $4M from the US Navy for the development and production of a Datalink Transmitter / Receiver Unit. The scope of work encompasses the design of the unit and production of two first articles and 17 production units.
