NGC Wins US Navy Engineering, Technical, and Maintenance Services Contract
(Virginia Beach, Va., June 7, 2010) -- Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE:NOC) has been awarded a contract by the U.S. Navy to provide engineering, technical and maintenance services to accomplish aircraft carrier maintenance and modernization planning, work package development and integration, and work package execution.AMSEC LLC, a Northrop Grumman subsidiary, was one of two contractors awarded a five-year indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity, cost plus fixed-fee contract. If all options are exercised, the total value for AMSEC would be $73.4 million.
