NGC Wins US Navy Engineering, Technical, and Maintenance Services Contract

(Virginia Beach, Va., June 7, 2010) -- Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE:NOC) has been awarded a contract by the U.S. Navy to provide engineering, technical and maintenance services to accomplish aircraft carrier maintenance and modernization planning, work package development and integration, and work package execution.

AMSEC LLC, a Northrop Grumman subsidiary, was one of two contractors awarded a five-year indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity, cost plus fixed-fee contract. If all options are exercised, the total value for AMSEC would be $73.4 million.
