Electronic Warfare Support Facility at Woensdrecht Air Base

(May 26, 2010) -- The Logistics Center Woensdrecht and Terma jointly open the Electronic Warfare Support Facility at the Woensdrecht Air Base in The Netherlands. The facility will provide maintenance, repair, and testing of aircraft self-protection systems in use with the RNLAF and other NATO Air Forces.

The facility is an operational partnership between the Logistics Center Woensdrecht of the Defence Materiel Organization and Terma.


The opening of the facility is also an important step for Aviolanda Woensdrecht, a regional initiative for the realization of a European center for aviation-related maintenance, repair and overhaul adjacent to the Woensdrecht Air Base.
