(Parsippany, N.J., May 6, 2010) -- DRS Technologies, Inc. announced it has received a $22 Million contract from the U.S. Air Force for the reset/overhaul of Tunner 60K Cargo Loader/Transporters.

For these orders, DRS will continue its legacy of providing critical sustainment support and cargo velocity to the air mobility process.

The work is being performed by the company's DRS Sustainment Systems unit's manufacturing facility in West Plains, Missouri, and is expected to continue through 2010.

This Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) is a follow-on contract that was awarded to DRS by the Warner Robins Air Logistics Center at Robins Air Force Base in Georgia.
