Statement From NGC on Receipt of Tanker Final RFP

(Washington, February 24, 2010) -- The following is a statement from Randy Belote, vice president of strategic communications for Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE:NOC), concerning today's release of the final Request For Proposals (RFP) for the U.S. Air Force aerial refueling tanker modernization program.

"Northrop Grumman acknowledges that today it has received the final Request for Proposals for the U.S. Air Force KC-X Tanker Modernization Program.


"Northrop Grumman will analyze the RFP and defer further public comments until its review of the document has been completed."
