Raytheon and Xceedium Partner To Protect Critical Infrastructures

• Raytheon to resell Xceedium's GateKeeper appliance, adding hardened access control and audit capabilities to its portfolio

(Linthicum, Md., and Jersey City, N.J., November 18, 2009) -- Raytheon Company (NYSE: RTN) has entered into a reseller agreement with Xceedium(r), Inc., the leading provider of next-generation access control and audit solutions.

Raytheon will resell Xceedium's GateKeeper appliance as a complement to its SureView(tm) insider threat solution. The joint solution will provide federal and commercial customers with a comprehensive access control, monitoring and audit solution to protect against insider and external threats.

Xceedium GateKeeper controls access and audits users from end to end, providing technology for customers to right-size privileges based on policy trust models with enforcement and audit for access to critical infrastructure. SureView is an insider threat protection solution installed on endpoints that identifies and investigates user activity that violates policy so organizations can proactively manage insider incidents.
