OSI Signs $2 M in R&D Contracts with US Army

(Ottawa, Canada, October 15, 2009) -- OSI Geospatial Inc. (TSX: OSI) ("OSI" or the "Company") announced today that its U.S. Systems Operations has signed contracts valued at approximately $2.0 million with the U.S. Army. Under the terms of these contracts, the company will further develop and enhance its command and control technology to meet future U.S. Army operational requirements.

"The U.S. Army continues to invest in our command and control technology," said Ken Kirkpatrick, president and CEO of OSI Geospatial. "These research and development projects are very important to the continued development our technology and positions us well in the advanced technology R&D community.
