Gilman brings over 20 years of financial experience to the newly created position. She comes to OEwaves after nearly ten years as controller of AeroVironment, Inc. (AVAV), where she supported the company's prolonged, rapid growth culminating in a successful IPO which raised over $113 million in January of 2007.
Prior to her tenure at AeroVironment, Gilman held financial management positions at publicly-traded companies, including Coastcast, Vestar, and Security Pacific, as well as positions with Avery Dennison and Ernst & Young, LLP.
