Herley Lancaster Awarded $1.0 M in New Contracts

(Lancaster, Pa., March 2, 2009) -- Herley Industries, Inc. (Nasdaq: HRLY) announced today that its Herley Lancaster division has received contract awards totaling approximately $1 million from the U.S. Air Force for the manufacture of complex integrated microwave assemblies and radar components. The awards are for the production of transmit microwave assemblies for the APQ-164 radar for the B1 Bomber and radar components for use in the APG-68 radar system on various U.S. military aircraft.
