American Defense Systems Secures $1.7 M Order From TACOM
(Hicksville, NY., November 25, 2008) -- American Defense Systems, Inc. ("ADSI") (AMEX: EAG), a leading provider of advanced transparent and opaque armor, architectural hardening and security products for Defense and Homeland Security, reported the U.S. Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM) has ordered an additional 22 complete Crew Protection Kits (CPK) for bulldozer vehicles currently deployed overseas.The contract is an expansion of an existing multi-vehicle contract. The total value of the additional order is approximately $1.7 million, which ADSI expects to realize in the first quarter of 2009.
