- Industrial cooperation agreement signed between KMW and Saab
- Strengthening of KMW's ability to offer new cost effective training solutions to their customers
(Munich/Stockholm, June 12, 2008) -- Krauss-Maffei Wegmann and Saab have signed an industrial cooperation agreement during the Training & Simulation Exhibition ITEC 2008 in Stockholm. Through this agreement the companies will join their capabilities within live training, integration and virtual training to offer new combined live-virtual training capabilities to their customers. This is an extension of the
cooperation from the received order from Swedish Army earlier this year, where KMW's virtual simulator and Saab's anti tank weapon system NLAW (New Light Anti Tank Weapon) are integrated into a live-virtual training solution.
This non exclusive agreement strengthens the relation as well as enhances the positions of each party in order to meet future training demands.
