Air Industries Announces $1,069,000 in New Orders(Bay Shore, NY., October 31, 2007) -- Air Industries Group, Inc. (OTCBB: AIRI) (the "Company"), a holding company established to consolidate manufacturers, engineering integrators and specialized service providers to the aerospace and defense industry, today announced that its wholly-owned operating subsidiary, Air Industries Machining Corp. (AIM), has received orders for replacement parts from Helicopter Support Inc. valued at $528,000. In addition, AIM received a series of orders for original and replacement aircraft components from Kaman Aerospace Corporation, Wyman Gordon, Northrop Grumman Corp. and other prime contractor customers valued at nearly $541,000.
Helicopter Support Inc. (HSI) has been an AIM customer for more than seven years. HSI maintains the most comprehensive helicopter inventory in the world, which includes an extensive Exchange Program on many helicopter components. HSI has continually evolved to meet the ever-changing requirements of its customer base. Through continued investment and commitment to innovation, HSI has developed close working relationships with its vendors, a high degree of product and market knowledge, and state of the art management information systems.

As a Sikorsky-owned company, HSI provides complete factory authorized services for Sikorsky Aircraft's BLACKHAWK program helicopters (S-61, S-70, S-92 and S-76). AIM is currently the largest supplier of flight safety components to Sikorsky for its BLACKHAWK program, and also is a valued supply chain contributor for the production of replacement and spare parts for these aircraft.
HSI is also authorized as a service center supporting Bell Helicopter Textron, Robinson Helicopter, Agusta Aerospace, American Eurocopter and Schweizer Aircraft Corporation. In addition, HSI is an authorized distributor for many manufacturers, and was selected by General Electric's Aircraft Engine Division to become the first member of The G.E. Worldwide Engine Network.
The additional orders announced today totaling $541,000 correspond to orders from leading aerospace and defense prime contractors such Sikorsky and Northrop Grumman, as well as other aerospace customers, including Kaman Aerospace Corporation and Wyman Gordon. In many cases these relationships are characterized by long-term contracts where AIM is a preferred supplier and often the sole source provider. For these and other customers, AIM designs and/or manufactures structural parts and assemblies that focus on flight safety, including landing gear, arresting gear, engine mounts and flight controls.
