Plasan Sasa Acquires 45% of LSI

(Kibbutz Sasa, Israel, February 20, 2007) -- Plasan Sasa, a global leader in the field of Composite Armor solutions, has announced the acquisition of 45% of LSI Group, a French holding company for AMEFO, BERARD and AML, a manufacturing group of high hardness steel hulls and metal equipment for the automotive and military industries.

Plasan sees this purchase as a means to provide added value for customers and JV partners by combining the areas of expertise of the two companies.
